MESSAGE FROM THE DISTRICT CHAIRMAN
Greetings to the people of Gomba District. I want to begin by thanking HE the President for granting Gomba district status. This is one of the greatest achievements that the people of Gomba should always celebrate. Some people have always criticised me for thanking the president for this wonderful initiative over and over again, but this is because such critics do not know how marginalised Gomba was before.
I wish to thank the brave women and men of Gomba who championed the quest for district status. Indeed this was a very important initiative by those patriotic son and daughters of Gomba which has yielded fruit that anyone can sees. More thanks are extended to Hon Mariam Najjemba.
